“Hugh Sheridan is an Australian actor, musician and television presenter who is known for his roles in the television series ‘Packed to the Rafters’ and Ten’s hit series ‘Five Bedrooms’. Hugh is a four-time Logie Award winner and his feature film credits include; ‘The Callback’ with Eddie Izzard, action film ‘Escape & Evasion’ alongside Rena Owen and Josh McConville and he appeared in ‘Isn’t It Romantic’ alongside Rebel Wilson, Liam Hemsworth and Adam Devine.
Early in 2021, Hugh launch his new entertainment brand, HUGHMAN LIVE to sold out shows at the Adelaide Fringe Festival – HUGHMAN LIVE combines world-class dancers and DJ’ing in a light show extravaganza.
Hugh is an avid Humanitarian and was commended for his US fundraising efforts towards the 2020 bushfires. Hugh recently set up his own Human Renaissance Project (HRP) here in Australia, giving platforms for people to share their stories and give voice to the unseen. HRP works alongside other charities to support them in promoting empathy towards others and more understanding around the negative effects of labelling people based on ethnicity, sexuality, gender, employment status, religion etc. It encourages people to tell their own story and reminds us we can’t tell it for them.
Hugh is passionate about youth mental health and wellbeing and he knows first-hand that a mentor can play a critical role in helping people to shape their lives – and he knows it can be a lifesaver to have the guidance of an independent mentor you can trust.”
