At Raise, our extraordinary village wouldn’t exist if it wasn’t for the dedication and commitment of our inspiring and professional people. Raise operates with a variable workforce model which benefits our team with flexibility. Our team are employed for between 5 and 35 hours per week, mostly in school term time.
We are fortunate to have thousands of active volunteer mentors in our team as well, who are instrumental in the delivery of our best practice programs.
