More young people than ever before are experiencing mental health issues. Raise focuses on early intervention youth mentoring to make a difference.
HistorySince 2008 over 13,500 young people have graduated from Raise Foundation‘s best-practice youth mentoring programs. By joining the Ripples Giving Circle you are continuing the legacy of other like-minded people who supported founder and CEO, Vicki Condon AM. to help young people survive and thrive during their teenage years. Why a Giving Circle? We are launching a Giving Circle to raise funds to offer our mentoring program to schools that would otherwise miss out. It also offers members the opportunity to network with other like-minded individuals and participate in collective giving. The power of collective giving is well recognised. Why Raise? The proven impact and transparency of the Raise program is what sets us apart from other charities. You can see the tangible difference your gift makes to the lives of young people when you join the Raise village. Why does it work? Ripples members will have unprecedented access to meet experts on current issues facing youth including Raise CEO, Vicki Condon AM and the Raise Leadership Team. Each Member will vote once a year on how the collective funds raised by the Ripples Members are distributed. Members are encouraged to invite guests with the aim to expand the support base and to hear insights and updates on caring for and leading the next generation. As our reputation and positive outcomes ripple across schools around Australia, we are finding that we cannot provide a program to every school that needs us. However, the power of collective giving ensures a donation of $5,000 makes a significant impact. |
