Youth safe, youth friendly organisation

Raise Foundation is committed to being a Youth Safe, Youth Friendly organisation and will, for all young people who come into contact with our programs, provide welcoming, safe and nurturing services. Working to prevent child abuse and neglect within our services, we appropriately and immediately address child abuse and neglect if it occurs, placing the interests of any young person suffering from harm, or at risk of harm, above the interests of any other individual or the organisation.

Putting young people
at the heart of what we do

Every Raise program is fully supervised by a qualified Raise Program Counsellor, who is the single point of contact for the program duration. Mentors are screened for both child safety and suitability and must complete a police check and comply with legislated Working with children check requirements.  In addition to compliance to the school rules, all our mentors and all our staff are bound by the Raise Code of Conduct. We operate to a comprehensive and detailed Youth Safety Framework.
