Raise has evolved from a small, family-and-friends oriented start up to a professional large-tier NFP organisation registered on the ACNC with DGR status. In 2023, our exceptional team supported a record-number of young people, and recruited, trained and onboarded more volunteer mentors than ever before.  

We're an expert and passionate team made up of thousands of volunteer mentors along with Raise staff, advisory councils, ambassadors and a dedicated Board.

We are a kind and close-knit team who work right across the community to support as many young people as possible through best practice mentoring.

Our strategic teams

Positively impact Raise mentees by co-developing and delivering Raise mentoring programs in high schools, including driving expansion into new high schools. Attract key talent, provide exceptional customer experience for our volunteer mentors, and train and screen a sufficient number of high-quality mentors. Research design, develop and evaluate evidence-based mentoring programs within a continual improvement framework which incorporates the voice of youth and prioritises their safety.
Generate the required fundraising income from diversified and sustainable sources Create and executive authentic campaigns to attract, nurture, convert and retain more mentors, more schools and more funding. Design and execute finance, technology, legal, governance and risk strategy, and ensure we collaboratively develop our Strategic Impact Plan.
