• Review of the Disability Standards for Education (DSE) response

  Raise welcomed the opportunity to provide a submission on the 2025 Review of the Disability Standards for Education.

  Raise calls for systemic change to ensure every student is supported through inclusive, flexible and portable adjustments. We encourage the Review to strengthen implementation of the Standards, embed inclusive decision-making principles, clarify responsibilities for continuity of adjustments and recognise mentoring as a reasonable adjustment that promotes wellbeing, belonging, and school engagement.

• 'National Mental Health and Suicide Prevention Agreement' review response

  Raise welcomed the opportunity to provide a submission on the Draft Report of the Mental Health and Suicide Prevention Agreement Review.

  As a service provider for more than 2,500 young people across the country every year and working across education and health systems at the national, state and local level Raise is well placed to provide insight into the provision of mental health and suicide prevention early intervention, support and care.

• 'The National Trend of School Refusal and Related Matters' Inquiry response

  As the leading youth mentoring charity in Australia with 14 years experience delivering programs in the school environment, we recently submitted our response to the Senate Education and and Employment References Committee's Inquiry into The National Trend of School Refusal and Related Matters.

• Productivity Commission 'Review of Philanthropy' Inquiry response

  The Australian Government has set an ambitious goal to double philanthropy by 2030. To understand motivations for giving in Australia and identify opportunities to expand it further, the Productivity Commission is undertaking a Review of Philanthropy and invited submissions from the industry and general public.

• 'A Voice to Parliament' support statement

  Raise Foundation accepts the invitation of the Uluru Statement from the Heart to walk alongside First Nations Australians for a better future. We are an ally to First Nations people and embrace this once in a lifetime opportunity to support constitutional reform.
