Ways you can help us recruit mentors

We want to continue to help more young people in your community.

Here are some simple ways you can help spread the word about Raise in your organisation and encourage your team to sign up to become mentors.

  • Host an All Staff meeting

Conducting an All Staff meeting serves as an excellent opportunity to tell your colleagues about Raise. If you have someone who has mentored with Raise before, encourage them to share their experiences.

  • Posters in reception or kitchen area

Placing a poster in your kitchen area, meeting rooms and reception can help educate staff about Raise.

  • Email / Intranet / Signature / Blog

Sending an All Staff email, including information about Raise on your intranet, and adding us to your email signature are all effective ways to inform staff about our organisation and the opportunity to mentor with us.

  • Post about Raise on your social channels

Sharing posts about Raise and disseminating information about your support for our program significantly contributes to increasing awareness about our mission.

  • Update your digital screens

Refreshing digital screens located throughout your office is an effective way to broadcast information about Raise.
