Through demonstrating commitment to causes their employees care about, employers achieve greater staff engagement, retention, productivity, reputation and social impact.

Employees are able to give in a smarter, tax-effective way and feel a sense of pride in their employer's commitment to making a difference and giving back.
Regular funding helps us to drive growth and enables future planning. With ambition to help as many young people as possible, corporate workplace giving makes this more achievable.
Workplace giving is a simple 3-way relationship between employer, employee and the charity organisation. Employees choose an affordable amount of their weekly/monthly salary to gift the charity.
This amount is deducted from their salary before tax is applied so employees get the tax benefit straight away – no need to keep receipts or wait until the end of the year to claim. (As an example, when an employee donates $20, it will only cost them $12.60 but the charity will receive the full $20.)
Employers can also choose to match staff donations, which means the value of the employee donation will double to $40 for the charity.
