Program Implementation Coordinator - Sydney
Job description
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Program Implementation Coordinator to support the seamless delivery of Raise’s youth mentoring programs.
This vital role provides technical, administrative, and logistical support to our Programs team and helps drive continuous improvement across our operations.

- Permanent part-time, 30 hours per week across 4 or 5 days, Salary packaging available
- Hybrid role (home office + Sydney office)
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the implementation and improvement of program support processes
- Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures and training materials
- Providing basic IT troubleshooting and liaising with external support teams
- Coordinating team events and logistics, including graduations and workshops
- Administering Salesforce for the Programs team, including onboarding schools, generating reports and maintaining data integrity
- Responding to internal queries through our Jira Service Desk
- Attending program sessions to provide on-the-ground support
